Would you be interested in opening a second facility between Pittsboro and Lizton along 136. My wife and her sister inherited acreage with frontage along the country road just past the golf course going to Lizton and along 136. A perfect location for a facility and lots of traffic, potential customers and an underserved market. There are two older barns that could be used or torn down and the slabs used for new facilities. Let me know, the location is great, the visibility is there, and they have the land for the facility. Regards,

The property has 2 houses, 60 acres of which there is at least 1000 feet of frontage on 136 and on the country road.
